Herbal notes of wild sage and bay leaves over a core of warm blackcurrant, redcurrant jelly, cedar chest and pencil shavings.

Palate:
The medium-bodied palate is fairly chewy, with notable oak and just enough fruit, finishing with an invigorating herbal lift.
